We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use our services:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Property addresses and location data (latitude and longitude)
• Payment method preferences (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle handles — we do not store credit card numbers)
• Job details, task lists, and completion reports
• Profile photos and property images
• Messages sent between users on our platform

We also collect certain technical information automatically:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data and interactions

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Match property owners with cleaners based on location
• Facilitate job posting, assignment, and completion
• Send transactional emails (job confirmations, waitlist updates)
• Improve our platform and fix technical issues

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Between owners and cleaners — when a job is posted or accepted, relevant contact and job details are shared between the parties
• Service providers — we use third-party services including Resend (email delivery) and Google Maps (address autocomplete and location services)
• Legal compliance — we may disclose information if required by law

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

5. Location Data

We collect your address and convert it to geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) to match cleaners with nearby jobs. This data is stored on our servers and used only for matching purposes. We do not share precise location data with third parties except Google Maps for address lookup.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing hello@tidytracker.net.

7. Children's Privacy

Tidy Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of non-transactional communications
