Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tidy Tracker ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What Tidy Tracker Is

Tidy Tracker is a two-sided marketplace that connects property owners ("Owners") with independent house cleaners ("Cleaners"). We are not a cleaning company. We do not employ cleaners. We provide software that facilitates connections, scheduling, task management, and payment coordination between independent parties.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Owners

Owners may post cleaning jobs, assign cleaners, provide task instructions, and coordinate payment through the Platform. Owners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information
• Paying cleaners the agreed amount promptly after job completion
• Treating cleaners with respect
• Ensuring safe working conditions at their properties

5. Cleaners

Cleaners are independent contractors, not employees of Tidy Tracker. Cleaners are responsible for:

• Completing jobs as described and agreed
• Communicating promptly through the Platform
• Providing accurate availability and location information
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding their work

6. Payments

Tidy Tracker facilitates payment coordination but does not process payments directly. Payments are made directly between Owners and Cleaners via their chosen method (Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or other). Tidy Tracker is not responsible for payment disputes, failed payments, or fraud between users.

7. Disputes Between Users

Tidy Tracker may provide a dispute reporting mechanism but is not obligated to resolve disputes between Owners and Cleaners. We are not liable for the outcome of any dispute. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Provide false information about yourself or your property
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform by taking relationships off-platform to avoid any future fees
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform

9. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidy Tracker is not liable for:

• Any damages arising from use of the Platform
• Actions or conduct of Owners or Cleaners
• Property damage, theft, or injury occurring during a cleaning job
• Payment disputes between users

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
